Tapco Granted U.S. Trademark Registration for DESIGN MARK (blue) for Elevator Buckets

ST. LOUIS, Missouri—July 26, 2005
Tapco Inc., the industry-leading manufacturer of elevator buckets, was recently granted a trademark by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Registration No. 2,947,724 for DESIGN MARK (blue) issued on May 10, 2005. The mark consists of the color blue as applied to the entirety of the goods. Specifically, this means that the color blue, when used in connection with elevator buckets, is a federally registered trademark owned by Tapco Inc.
